You will be a degree educated Assistant with experience gained within financial services (ideally investment sector), and keen to join an ambitious, growing and highly successful firm with a genuinely supportive and positive culture. As a Senior Team Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth running of a fast-paced and high-performing environment. Supporting a team including MD level, you will manage diaries and arrange meetings across time zones, complex diaries, coordinate international travel, handle expenses, and contribute to key team initiatives. You will join investment meetings, take notes and distribute minutes, ensuring you are adding value. You’ll be joining a motivated, professional, and supportive team during a period of exciting growth and momentum.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive diary and meeting scheduling for the team
- Organising often multi-stop international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries
- Processing and reconciling expenses
- Preparing and proofreading documents and presentations
- Coordinating team events, offsites, and internal communications
- Acting as a liaison both internally and with external stakeholders
- Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement at all times
- Degree-educated or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior-level assistant or team support role, ideally within financial services/investment sector
- A positive and balanced personality; there is no room for negativity, office politics or glass half empty attitudes in this firm!
