Alongside managing reception and appointments, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Delivering a warm, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
Managing appointments, bookings and diary schedules.
Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries.
Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.
Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems.
Processing payments and assisting with client documentation where required.
Ensuring reception and client-facing areas are presented to the highest standard at all times.
Working collaboratively with the wider team to create a seamless client experience.
We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have:
Previous Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional, approachable and service-led manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
A proactive mindset and positive attitude.
An interest in health, wellness, health, and client-focused environments would be advantageous.
Typical Opportunity Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Fully office-based.
Temp-to-perm opportunities.
