As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a Territory Manager in the south of the UK to join us on our journey.

Position Overview
As a Bose Professional UK southern Territory Manager, you are responsible for achieving the goals for sales of Bose Professional products in the assigned territory. This is done by driving business with key customers and distributors, delivering sales objectives, driving sales by doing end user, project and consultant business development activities, and report on activities. The territory for this opening is in the south of the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management of reseller network
- Delivering expected sales results in territory
- Building productive relationships with resellers in territory
- Supporting resellers in product knowledge and system design
- Training staff in product knowledge and system design
- Supporting resellers in the sales process for large projects
- Supporting resellers with Bose developed tools and marketing support
- Prospecting for new high potential resellers in territory
- Account management via Distribution
- Develop and grow joint targeted accounts alongside our distributors and their account managers
- Build strong relationships with our distribution account managers to support and develop individual accounts and projects
- Target new potential accounts alongside our distributors to further develop these accounts
- Support staff training and development
- Support trade shows alongside our distributors
- Have knowledge and understanding of key projects in target markets in territory
- Building relation with key influences in prescription – consultants, architects, engineering companies
- Building relation with large project developers in territory
- Building network of relationships to help enter projects (manufacturers, architects, trade organizations)
- Building portfolio of prospects and developing sales in collaboration with resellers
- Using marketing assets and activities to support this business development
- Define with sales manager the market potential and specific activities
- Supporting trade shows and other lead generating activities
- Reporting
- Regular reporting of activities and business outlook to the sales manager
- Tracking and managing leads and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool
- Reseller and distributor management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool
- Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Higher education level thinking and working method; specialized in sales and account management
- 3-6 years of experience in preferably technical products in project sales with demonstrable sales results
- Affinity with professional audio is an advantage
- Experience with selling/advising high-quality solutions to end users
- See acquisition of projects and end users as a challenge
- Motivated and enthusiastic personality and team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- In possession of a UK driving license
- ISCVE membership an advantage
