Finally, we believe that creativity and innovation belong in all parts of the company in order to drive excellence in everything we do.Position Overview As a Bose Professional UK southern Territory Manager, you are responsible for achieving the goals for sales of Bose Professional products in the assigned territory. This is done by driving business with key customers and distributors, delivering sales objectives, driving sales by doing end user, project and consultant business development activities, and report on activities. The territory for this opening is in the south of the UK.Key Responsibilities Account management of reseller networkDelivering expected sales results in territoryBuilding productive relationships with resellers in territorySupporting resellers in product knowledge and system designTraining staff in product knowledge and system designSupporting resellers in the sales process for large projectsSupporting resellers with Bose developed tools and marketing supportProspecting for new high potential resellers in territoryAccount management via DistributionDevelop and grow joint targeted accounts alongside our distributors and their account managersBuild strong relationships with our distribution account managers to support and develop individual accounts and projectsTarget new potential accounts alongside our distributors to further develop these accountsSupport staff training and developmentSupport trade shows alongside our distributorsHave knowledge and understanding of key projects in target markets in territoryBuilding relation with key influences in prescription – consultants, architects, engineering companiesBuilding relation with large project developers in territoryBuilding network of relationships to help enter projects (manufacturers, architects, trade organizations)Building portfolio of prospects and developing sales in collaboration with resellersUsing marketing assets and activities to support this business developmentDefine with sales manager the market potential and specific activitiesSupporting trade shows and other lead generating activitiesReportingRegular reporting of activities and business outlook to the sales managerTracking and managing leads and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM toolReseller and distributor management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM toolSupport Company objectives by completing additional tasks as neededQualifications Higher education level thinking and working method; specialized in sales and account management3-6 years of experience in preferably technical products in project sales with demonstrable sales resultsAffinity with professional audio is an advantageExperience with selling/advising high-quality solutions to end usersSee acquisition of projects and end users as a challengeMotivated and enthusiastic personality and team playerStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spokenIn possession of a UK driving licenseISCVE membership an advantageTo apply Bose Professional is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
