Isco Estates is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our growing property management company.. . **We are looking to cover areas such as Wigan, and all parts of Merseyside, but mostly on the Wirral**. . The current workload includes.
- Fortnightly communal cleaning at 1 HMO properties.
- Fortnightly cleaning at one apartment building.
- Approximately one end-of-tenancy clean per week.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
- Reliable, thorough and able to work independently.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willing to travel between properties.
- Able to provide before-and-after photographs and report any maintenance issues.
Pay and expenses
- National Minimum Wage per hour.
- Fuel expenses paid.
- Cleaning products and equipment will normally be provided or paid for by Isco Estates.
This is initially a flexible, part-time position, with the potential to become a full-time role as the company grows.. . Work Location: On the road
