Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a growing business in Bridgwater. This is a super opportunity for a proactive organised administrator individual to take ownership of planning and co-ordinating the delivery of new products, engineers and their equipment to customer sites across the UK. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team.

Service Coordinator duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers, by phone and email, planning annual service, repair and callout work on equipment at customer sites by engineers, efficiently and completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with production and sales to organise deliveries within expected timescales.
  • Reviewing and organising servicing, building service plans, ensuring parts are in stock and delivered to site in time for engineers.
  • Planning field engineer routes in an efficient and logical manner.
  • Act as first point of contact for field engineers for any issues.
  • Supporting the service team, respond to service emails and ensure site documentation is up to date.
  • Assisting with service quotes.
  • Collating and reporting on department KPIs.

Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£33,000pa benefits including 25 days holiday bank holidays, pension, etc.

Location: On site role

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri, some flexibility on start and finish times.

Start Date: Immediate start available although not essential.

Service Coordinator – The Person:

  • The successful candidate will be proactive, friendly and enjoy being in a busy role.
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook, experience of Sage 200 is very desirable.
  • Excellent analysing and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident & effective communication and listening skills, on the telephone and in person.
  • Calm and professional disposition, self-motivated and enthusiastic, willing to accept responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines, with minimal management supervision.
