Project Manager

Overview Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a highly successful business in the fire and security industry at their office near Exeter, Devon. This is an exciting new Project Manager opportunity due to continued business growth. The postholder will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for the delivery and management of fire and security projects across the UK. There is a clear progression pathway to the senior leadership team, and you will be joining the business at an exciting time where growth is exponential.Responsibilities Project Delivery & Programme ManagementTake full ownership of projects from handover through to completion and final accountDevelop, manage, and maintain project programmes, milestones, and delivery plansCoordinate engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient deliveryManage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or controlIdentify delivery risks early and implement effective mitigation plansQualifications Proven experience delivering fire and/or security projects within the £10k-£250k rangeStrong project management capability across programme, cost, quality, and riskDemonstrable experience managing and protecting project gross marginsAbility to manage 10-15 live projects concurrentlyConfident communicator with clients, engineers, and senior stakeholdersCommercially aware, organised, and delivery-focusedFormal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, or similar) is desirableRewards Salary: Highly Competitive (salary will be discussed on application)Benefits including: company car / allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance incentive scheme, hybrid working, pension, free parking, social events, and lots more!Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pmLocation: Office based, near Exeter / M5This is an urgent requirement with interviews to take place asap, so please don\’t delay in submitting your CV, we will be in touch promptly to discuss the role and employer.
