Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Site Operations Manager with one of our longstanding clients. This is a new position due to business growth and the post holder will become a central part of the business, helping ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Site Operations Manager – The Role:

This is a hands‑on, highly varied operational role at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with senior management and teams across operations, purchasing, production, stores, accounts and customer service — acting as the key link that keeps everything aligned, on track and moving forward.

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be confident operating within an engineering or manufacturing environment, with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, sleeves rolled up approach.
