Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced accounting professional to join a successful business as the Finance Manager at their office on the outskirts of Exeter. Salary: £44,000 – £46,900pa depending on experience/qualifications + benefits including generous quarterly profit related bonus, pension and free parking. Location: On site at offices near Cranbrook. Wfh available one day per week after onboarding. Hours: Mon – Fri, 7am – 4pm. 30 mins lunch break. Reporting to the CFO (based remotely), and working as part of a friendly office team this is a stand-alone accounting position with responsibility for the timely completion of all accounting duties: * Maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers. * Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and customers. * Production of customer statements and credit control of overdue accounts. * Bank reconciliations. * Month end duties including payment runs, journal entries, management accounting and cashflow forecasting. * Producing VAT returns. * Business partnering – providing financial insight and support to the non-finance management team. * Improving finance processes and reporting. * Year end accounting duties and supporting annual audit. * Liaising with colleagues across the business and providing support as needed.
