Part-Time Payroll Administrator – The
Role: You’ll be working as part of a small payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Manager you will take responsibility for delivering a timely, accurate payroll function for the business.
Duties will include: Responsible for all aspects of processing payrolls for hourly paid and salaried staff on multiple payrolls.
Checking timesheets and variable pay are accurate, liaising with line managers with any queries.
Timely processing of all payroll payments, including PAYE, Pension and NICs Updating payroll information including starters, leavers, tax code notices, SSP, attachment of earnings, etc Undertaking Employer Payment Submissions to HMRC and processing payment Responding to payroll queries or issues promptly Submitting pension information, including processing opt out requests, voluntary contributions, etc Running of monthly payroll reports Checking expense claims, including validation and payment of claims Suppo...
