Working as part of a dynamic team, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, engage customers, and drive business growth. You'll play a key role across brand marketing, social media management, and digital marketing activities, helping to ensure consistent and impactful communications across multiple channels.
Duties will include:
- Support the planning and delivery of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communications.
- Assist in the creation of content for presentations and promotions.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Assist with the coordination of events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
- Support content calendars and social media strategies.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and reach.
- Assist with the delivery of email marketing campaigns, customer communications, website content updates, and optimisation.
- Assist with the management of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and PPC activity, and assist with SEO activities.
- Use analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate marketing databases and campaign records.
About You:
You’ll be creative and passionate about marketing with recent experience within marketing, social media, communications, or similar being essential, along with a good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels. Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO principles would be useful. Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail are required. You should have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Ideally, you’ll have experience creating content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and be familiar with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Flexibility and willingness to attend off-site photoshoots, exhibitions, and events, occasionally outside of office hours, is expected.
