Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Candidate Engagement Marketing, the key area of responsibility for this role is to be part of the team to manage the progression and engagement of candidates from the handoff between Certification Marketing and Member Value Marketing. You will nurture candidates through to the first destination in their ISC2 journey, and will also support in implementing the necessary organizational wide interventions to build the professionals’ confidence. This will allow them to progress through their journey successfully, increasing professionals taking and passing exams and ultimately becoming members.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation and implementation of multiple, often concurrent, integrated strategic marketing campaigns, activities and projects designed to drive progression, with a particular focus on driving people to become a candidate, succeed in their exams, and engage with their ISC2 community.
- Collaborate with counterparts in wider marketing team to ensure best practice, sharing of insights and delivery of a positive experience for our audiences.
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines.
- Experience in copywriting, copy editing, content creation, digital media and other marketing practices.
- Stay informed on developments in the marketing discipline and within our sphere of influence: new techniques, ideas, channels, strategies, etc.
- Understand and translate ISC2’s offerings into value-add propositions.
- Participate and assist in the development and execution of GTM plans and strategies for new, current and updated products.
- Report on effectiveness of marketing programs on an ongoing basis and develops actionable, data-driven insights to inform team to enhance and create effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct market, audience and competitive research to identify new industry opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet ongoing business objectives.

Qualifications
- Social media expertise using various platforms to include creating, influencing and increasing followings (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, Instagram, AdWords, etc.).
- Proficient at creative, copy and video briefing.
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), internet and web applications/navigation.
- Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud knowledge a plus.
- Experience with PPC and ROAS a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to market to a global audience.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred. Will consider candidates with a high school diploma and at least 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing and executing marketing campaigns for products, preferably professional development products.
- Marketing experience in one or more of the following: information security, information technology, training and certification programs/organizations or association membership.
- Experience working with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
Physical and Mental Demands
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary.
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screen.
Total Rewards
The pay range for this position is £42,938 -£49,221/Yr. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
