St Helen’s School is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Prep School Teacher to join our thriving Prep School on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to inspire pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development during the formative years of their education. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning, curiosity and confidence in every child.
Working with pupils of different abilities and learning styles, the successful candidate will create a stimulating, inclusive and supportive classroom environment where children are encouraged to achieve their full potential. They will contribute to the wider life of the school, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop a rich and varied learning experience through co-curricular activities, school events and enrichment opportunities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience teaching within a prep or primary school setting.
- Is passionate about inspiring young learners and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
- Can deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Understands the importance of supporting pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and personal development.
- Creates a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and contributing to the continued success of the Prep School.
