Wychwood School is seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Boarding House Parent who is passionate about supporting young people and creating a welcoming home-from-home environment. We are looking for someone who will play an active role in the daily life of the boarding community, helping every pupil feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
As a key member of our pastoral team, you will help provide a happy, well-organised and nurturing boarding experience. You will build positive relationships with pupils, support their wellbeing and personal development, and encourage them to participate fully in school life. The successful candidate will be approachable, responsible and calm, with the judgement and empathy needed to care for young people from a range of backgrounds.
