Oundle School is seeking a Head Padel Coach to lead and develop the new Oundle Padel Club, opening January 2027. You will design coaching programmes for all ages, grow participation and membership, and drive community engagement while delivering high-quality coaching.
Reporting to the Sports Centre Manager, you will blend hands-on coaching with club development, events and outreach to establish Oundle Padel Club as a leading padel destination in the region.
