Bancroft's School is seeking an experienced Payroll and Pensions Manager to own end-to-end payroll operations for the Bancroft's Family of Schools. The role covers three sites with a combined staff of around 450, starting with Bancroft's School (approx. 270 staff).
Initially, you will manage payroll for Bancroft's School and work with HR/Finance to establish a unified payroll system across all schools. A close partnership with outsourced payroll services is expected.
