The Managing Director of RGSG International will take overall accountability for ensuring the success of our international business and take a particular lead in the identification and development of new market opportunities.
With schools in Dubai, Qatar, Oman and China, we have ambitious plans to extend our international offering.
You will be an experienced leader who is comfortable operating across strategy and business development, partnership management and team leadership. The role will be based in Guildford with a requirement to travel throughout the year.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a clear strategy for RGSGI
- Managing delivery versus financial KPIs and wider strategic objectives
- Identifying new leads and converting these into firm opportunities
- Working with 3rd parties to develop draft agreements and conduct commercial, legal and financial due diligence, converting opportunities into signed agreements
- Ensuring the visibility of RGSGI in the international schools’ market, including attending and presenting at conferences
- Building strong relationships with partners and other third parties
- Leading the RGSGI team day to day, providing overall direction and maintaining a positive, high-performing culture.
