Working closely with the Head of Admissions you will coordinate the operational delivery of a wide range of admissions and school events, helping to ensure every visitor receives an outstanding introduction to the College. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines event planning, administration and working collaboratively with colleagues across the College to help showcase all that Shiplake has to offer.
You will take responsibility for the organisation and smooth running of numerous admissions events throughout the year, including Open Mornings, Assessment Days, Taster Days, Scholarship Assessments, Welcome Events and New Parent Information Evenings. From coordinating venues and catering to preparing visitor information, signage and event materials, you will ensure every detail is carefully managed.
This is a part-time, term-time only (plus INSET) role working 30 hours per week to start as soon as possible and on a fixed term contract until 15 December 2027. Some flexibility will be required in the working hours for evening and weekend events.
