Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a child in EYFS, providing tailored 1:1 support to help them thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
- Collaborate with the EYFS team and SENCo to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Support the child in developing confidence, independence and essential early skills.
Qualifications:
- Early Years Educator Level 3 or equivalent (essential).
- Passionate about working with young children, particularly in a 1:1 support role.
- Kind, patient, and nurturing with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organised, flexible and able to respond to individual learning needs creatively.
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding and committed to supporting the wellbeing of all pupils.

Hours and terms:
