We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded and relationship-focused leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Relationships and Growth. This is a strategically significant appointment, responsible for shaping and driving the School’s long-term growth, reputation and stakeholder engagement strategy.
Reporting to the Bursar, the successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of Marketing, Admissions, and relationship management activities, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing approach to pupil recruitment, conversion, and retention.
Working collaboratively across the School, they will play a key role in strengthening the School’s market position, enhancing brand visibility and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive sector.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight and requires an individual who can confidently build meaningful relationships with prospective families, partners, alumni, feeder schools and the wider community. The postholder will also contribute to the School’s development and fundraising ambitions, helping to foster a strong culture of engagement and philanthropy.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Relationships and Growth will contribute to whole-school strategy and work closely with colleagues across academic and operational functions to ensure a joined-up, insight-led and values-driven approach to growth and engagement.
