We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Admissions Manager to lead the operational delivery of our admissions process and provide an outstanding experience for prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Reporting to the Director of Relationships and Growth, you will manage the full admissions journey, coordinate recruitment events, maintain accurate admissions data and build strong relationships with families, feeder schools and key partners.
You will work closely with colleagues across the School to support pupil recruitment and help achieve ambitious enrolment targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, experience in a customer facing or admissions role, strong administrative and data management skills, and the ability to deliver a first-class service in a fast-paced environment. Experience within an education setting and knowledge of Admissions systems are desirable but not essential.
