We are looking for a Lower and Senior School Administrator to join an outstanding and dedicated Pastoral team at City of London School for Girls. The Lower and Senior School Administrator plays a key role in supporting the pastoral, organisational and administrative life of the school. Working closely with the Head of Lower School, Head of Senior School and wider pastoral, academic and support services teams, the postholder provides high quality administrative support which underpins the effective day to day running of both sections.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, warmth and professionalism. The postholder will manage a range of administrative systems and processes, support key transition points and events, and contribute to clear, timely communication with staff, pupils and parents.
The Lower and Senior School Administrator reports to the Head of Lower School and Head of Senior School, working closely with Heads of Year, the pastoral team and other support services colleagues.
Grade: C (pro-rata salary starting at £30,197 inclusive of Inner London Weighting)
Working hours: 35hrs per week, term time only (36 weeks per annum)
