St John’s School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sports Administrator to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our dynamic and wide-ranging sports programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex logistics, working with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to a vibrant school community.
As the central coordination hub of the Sports Department, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Sport. Your work will ensure the smooth planning, organisation and delivery of fixtures, events and co-curricular sport. You’ll be instrumental in enabling the Director of Sport to focus on strategic leadership, while you ensure that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
