Location: On site, Westbury-on-Trym BS9 3BA

Hours: Working hours are 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) during term time.

The closing date for this position will be Monday 20th July at 8:00am. The interview date for this position will be Thursday 23rd July. Suitable candidates may be interviewed before the closing date and the school reserves the right to withdraw the position if an early appointment is made. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and personable Prep School Administrator to join our team in the Prep School.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
  • Produce and distribute the weekly Prep School newsletter and other communications.
  • Manage extracurricular club administration.
  • Support pupil welfare throughout the school day.
  • Oversee afternoon attendance and after-school provision processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an administrative role.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Experience of dealing with parents, pupils or customers in a front facing role.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
