About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager – Media, Social & Commerce to lead key areas of ISBA's media agenda and support members across an increasingly interconnected landscape.

This role will help advertisers make better decisions across media investment, creative effectiveness, social, influencer and commerce media.

You'll lead workstreams, shape guidance, convene senior members and partners, and translate complex industry issues into practical insight and value for advertisers.

What we're looking for Strong knowledge of the media, social and commerce landscape Confidence leading agendas across transparency, measurement, effectiveness, brand safety, AI and platform accountability Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate differing industry viewpoints Experience working with advertisers, agencies, consultants, platforms or industry partners Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear member value A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine interest in making a positive impact on the industry Core Responsibilities Lead ISBA's work across media, social, influencer and commerce topics Develop guidance, thought leadership and best practice for members Convene member groups, events and industry discussions on key issues Build relationships with advertisers, agencies, platforms, regulators and partners Represent member interests across industry initiatives, standards and policy discussions Key Skills Strong knowledge of media effectiveness, digital performance and the evolving media landscape Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ability to simplify complex industry topics and create practical member value Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders Work directly with some of the UK's leading advertisers Play a key role in shaping how advertisers respond to major industry challenges Lead meaningful work across media, social, influencer, commerce, effectiveness and digital performance Be part of a collaborative, member-first team About ISBA ISBA is the body representing brand owners advertising in the UK.

It provides a single voice for advertisers, supports members through knowledge, network and advocacy, and plays a key role in shaping the development of the advertising industry, and upholding advertisers' interests.

ISBA's mission is to help members navigate, shape and succeed in a complex and fast-changing environment, with the strategic priorities of enabling trust & effectiveness, ensuring transparency and aiding future capability.

Benefits Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 remote) Holiday - 22 days plus 5 days office closure at Christmas.

Ratchets up to 23 days after 3 years' service, 24 days after 5 years' service and 25 days after 10 years' service.

Plus one day for birthday to be taken two weeks either side of birthday.

Pension - employer and employee pay minimum percentage as set out in current legislation (currently 3% for employer and 5% for employee).

After one year, Company contributes 10%.
