About the Role
We're looking for a Training & Events Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality programme of learning and events for ISBA members. This role is about more than logistics. You'll translate our strategic priorities into a programme that delivers real value to senior marketers – from roundtables and workshops through to flagship industry events. You'll shape content, source high-calibre speakers and partners, and ensure every touchpoint delivers a strong, professional member experience.

- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 remote)
- Holiday - 22 days plus 5 days office closure at Christmas. Ratchets up to 23 days after 3 years' service, 24 days after 5 years' service and 25 days after 10 years' service. Plus one day for birthday to be taken two weeks either side of birthday.
