The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The PA to the Head is a varied role, and the successful candidate will provide a wide range of support for both day-to-day activities and special projects. This is a full-time position working 7.30am – 4.30pm during term time and 8.30am – 3.30pm during school holidays. Some flexibility on these hours may be possible.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual with excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator, confident speaking with colleagues, students, and parents. You will be able to prioritise well and stay calm in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive admin support: emails, calendar, telephone calls, letters, report compilation.
- Oversee the setup for events and meetings.
- Liaise with all stakeholders including Governors, staff, parents, students, and the public.
- Maintain the student and Head’s databases, ensuring accuracy.
- Attendance at events including Prizegiving, the Carol Service, and Open Mornings.
