If you a skilled & experienced IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Rope Access Technician looking to join a dynamic and growing team, we want to meet you.ISAR3 is recruiting for motivated, experienced professionals to join our specialist operations team and drive growth as our business accelerates.

ISAR3, Plymouth based, working UK wide. We are at the start of a five year plan to become a leading brand for in the rope access, confined space and work on water sectors – technical access. You will be contributing to all these areas as we seek difficult, multi disciplinary projects where our teams excel. Our mission is to develop a brand known for:

Technical skills

1.Minimum of IRATA L1 or L2 with ideally a very strong rope background (5 years plus)

2.Have confined space experience beyond just hole watching or rescue standby on medium entry jobs. Ideally with C&G / Rescue 3 rescue qualifications

3.Hold FREC3 or higher or equivalent

4.Hold CCNSG card, CITB, CSCS Card and or equivalents

5.Proven experience of an ability to plan jobs and lead a team

6.Demonstrate ability to produce documents, RAMs and liaise with clients

7.Be able to use technology!

8.Be confident in teaching and developing others

·Be on time 0800 be at work ready – 1700 time to go home – 1 hr for lunch and breaks. Do a full day and fill it with effort that aligns to our goals.

·Fill in required records accurately – we need the data.

·Don’t distract others in the office.

·Clean stuff, organise stuff, put things away.

·Don’t leave things half done.

·Focus – what else can I do that will add value?

·Deliver on time, don’t be someone that needs to be chased up on actions.

·Use a to do list, tick stuff off, carry and use a notebook / to do lists etc.

·Follow up, don’t let stuff slip, don’t let others off the hook.

·Help other people out.

·Don’t walk past something that needs to be done.

·Invest effort in becoming more skilled, better, don’t just wait for ISAR3 to create it – get in the hanger, read stuff, etc.

·Ask for help.

·Give feedback in real time.

·Don’t steal / help yourself to other people’s resources.
