ISAR3, Plymouth based, working UK wide. We are at the start of a five year plan to become a leading brand for in the rope access, confined space and work on water sectors – technical access. You will be contributing to all these areas as we seek difficult, multi disciplinary projects where our teams excel. Our mission is to develop a brand known for:

Technical skills1.Minimum of IRATA L1 or L2 with ideally a very strong rope background (5 years plus)
2.Have confined space experience beyond just hole watching or rescue standby on medium entry jobs. Ideally with C&G / Rescue 3 rescue qualifications
3.Hold FREC3 or higher or equivalent
4.Hold CCNSG card, CITB, CSCS Card and or equivalents
5.Proven experience of an ability to plan jobs and lead a team
6.Demonstrate ability to produce documents, RAMs and liaise with clients
7.Be able to use technology!
8.Be confident in teaching and developing others
