We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in scaling high‑performing technology and quantitative teams, directly contributing to the firm’s growth. You will focus on identifying and engaging top‑tier talent, while supporting recruitment coordination and operations. This role offers strong development potential, with a clear pathway into a Recruitment Partner position.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking) to identify high‑quality candidates across technology and quantitative functions
- Screen CVs and applications to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Support recruitment operations, including reporting and process improvements
- Assist with recruitment events, talent mapping and pipeline building
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in technical sourcing and talent acquisition
- Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team as required
