About the Role: We are looking for an analyst to join the Procurement Team at iSAM. It is an exciting time to join iSAM, having enjoyed significant growth in the last number of years. We are expanding the remit of the Procurement Team to cover all areas of Market Data, IT and Infrastructure, Technology Platforms, and Facilities. At iSAM, the Procurement Team is a competitive advantage for our Vector, Securities, and Helix business lines. Working closely with stakeholders and partnering with iSAM’s Legal, Finance, and Infrastructure teams is key to that success. The successful candidate will require a tenacious and enquiring nature to support the Head of Procurement to develop and implement a best-in-class procurement function at iSAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement inventories to ensure all contract end dates are managed
- Manage the spend analysis and cost allocations
- Manage the invoice approvals via NetSuite
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external providers, including contract negotiation, service management, and issue resolution
- Maintain clear documentation for Procurement processes, workflows, and requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written
- An ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic to take on a variety of work
- Strong MS Office skills, PowerBI experience would be desirable
