Shift Work: Weekends + 3 Weekdays
About the Role
Act as the first line of interaction and defence for the i SAM Securities business, owning the client experience and ensuring complete efficient communication with emphasis on care and attention.
Ensure day-to-day monitoring and optimization of algorithmic trading strategies to deliver P&L within internal risk appetite.
Including oversight across internal systems which control these functions.
You will be working with multiple teams, pro-actively supporting the needs of the company’s global client base whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- To efficiently assist clients with queries across all available communication channels and escalating internally where necessary.
- Acting as primary point of contact alongside translating technical updates into clear, client-friendly language.
- Lead client-facing communications during incidents, market disruptions and firm-wide updates, working with Marketing on tone and consistency.
- Day to day implementation of internal systems, optimization of revenue and continual real-time monitoring of alerts to achieve & protect i SAM Securities commercial goals
- Ensure trading operates within risk/compliance limits.
- Full operational ownership of internal connectivity systems to ensure uninterrupted global support and consistency.
- Work closely with the sales team and firm’s client to translate client demand into strategy requirements
- Operate with the highest level of integrity and adhere to the regulatory standards of best practice
Qualifications
- Recent graduate, or 1-2+ years of experience within Financial Services
- Degree educated from a top university in a STEM subject area
- Strong analytical skills
- Coding experience/desire to learn across Python, KDB, SQL.
