About the Role: The iSAM Securities Front Office Rotational Programme is a 12-month structured programme designed to provide graduates with comprehensive exposure to our core client-facing and revenue-generating functions. Participants will complete four-month rotations across Trading, Sales, and Client Services, gaining hands-on experience, commercial insight, and a holistic understanding of the business. Throughout the programme, graduates gain exposure across all of our FX and CFD markets, as well as gaining exposure across leveraged, give-up market making and our Parallax product.

Responsibilities:

  • Trading: Diligent risk monitoring across our internal estate to best protect the firm. Collaboration with Sales teams to facilitate new client onboarding and support the ongoing management of existing client relationships. Engage with liquidity providers and remain up to date with market developments. Work in partnership with Risk, Quant, and Development teams to drive the business forwards. Idea generation to optimise hedging and client pricing. Active client engagement to ensure we maintain our highest standards of service and relevance. Complete required regulatory and compliance training, whilst upholding and promoting the values of the firm both internally and externally.
  • Sales: Proactive lead generation and sales prospecting. Targeted outbound sales effort to senior business decision makers. Qualify new leads proactively utilising different sales techniques and a solution-based approach. Follow up prospected business opportunities by consistently managing sales tasks and CRM in an organised and accurate manner. Drive client engagement through product demonstration and persuasive pitch presentation. Advance the most relevant opportunities in the sales funnel and build a prospective pipeline. Attend face-to-face meetings with prospecting clients along with the Senior Sales team. Attend sales meetings to discuss reports on lead generation, activity performance, and pipeline management. Optimise revenue in partnership with the Electronic Trading, Quant Research & Client Service teams. Work with onboarding to streamline the client transition process to ensure reputational integrity from point of contact. Feedback market intelligence to the partner teams driving product strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Client Services: Efficiently assist clients with queries, escalating internally where necessary. Monitor clients' NOP and Margin utilisations in accordance with internal guidelines, raise risk NOP/margin changes, and validate requests from clients in combination with the iSAM Trading team. Client cash management including the verification of client banking details, processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers in accordance with internal guidelines. Collate and distribute client audit, balance confirmations, and due diligence enquiries. Assist with demonstrations of client-facing platforms. Ensure regular tasks are completed in a timely manner, including client monthly charges and billing, monthly IB rebates, CME data reporting, weekly negative balance guarantee reporting, and internal account reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, including periodic KYC reviews.

Qualifications: Degree educated in a relevant field. Strong analytical skills. Coding experience/desire to learn across Python, KDB, SQL.
