About the Role: The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sustainable revenue growth. This role acts as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met, opportunities are identified, and long-term account success is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve products and services
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to support product and account success
- Generate new business and build positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Manage client needs, resolve issues, and provide timely, effective solutions
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities
