Front of House Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food preparation, bartending, or catering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.

• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.

• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is beneficial.

• Experience in catering or events management is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
