Team Leader in Dudley

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our supported living service. You will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of support workers, ensuring excellent care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of support staff
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation
• Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for service users
• Act as a point of contact for families, professionals, and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies
• Participate in staff training, recruitment, and performance management
• Assist in rota planning and service coordination
