We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter / Waitress to join our Front of House team at Isabel Mayfair.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, Isabel is a vibrant and sophisticated restaurant known for its exceptional hospitality, elegant atmosphere and high standards of service.
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering attentive, professional and personalised service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional and attentive service to all guests
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of our food and beverage menus
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Confidently recommend dishes, drinks and additional menu items
- Ensure tables and sections are maintained to the highest standards
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider Front of House team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests
- Follow company procedures, service standards and health and safety requirements
- Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team environment
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-end, premium or fast-paced restaurant environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, confident and positive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good food and beverage knowledge
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
