The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Bar Cleaner to join our team at Isabel Mayfair. Working during the early hours of the morning, you will be responsible for ensuring our bars and guest-facing areas are impeccably clean and ready for service. This role is essential in maintaining the exceptional standards and luxury presentation that Isabel is known for. This position would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep clean all bar areas, including counters, shelving, sinks, speed rails, and back-bar displays.
- Clean and polish mirrors, glass, brass, stainless steel, and decorative surfaces.
- Ensure all guest-facing bar areas, including the Dragon Room, are maintained to the highest standards.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain clean, sanitised bin areas.
- Report any maintenance issues identified during cleaning duties.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
