The Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and service-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support both the restaurant and bar teams, ensuring smooth service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
  • Support the restaurant and bar teams throughout service.
  • Prepare and reset tables to the highest standards.
  • Run food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with drinks service and support bartenders during busy periods.
  • Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and well looked after throughout their visit.
  • Maintain excellent cleanliness and organisation across all front-of-house areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish service stations as required.
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain Isabel's exceptional service standards.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Assistant, Food Runner, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm, friendly, and professional approach to guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
