We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef who enjoys working with premium seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment. Reporting to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards while supporting the wider kitchen team during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your designated section.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook dishes using fresh, seasonal, and premium-quality ingredients.
  • Ensure your section is fully prepared for service, maintaining excellent mise en place at all times.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering efficient and seamless kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate ordering requirements.
  • Minimise food waste while maintaining quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  • Assist in training and supporting junior members of the kitchen team where required.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a genuine passion for high-quality food.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and pride in producing consistently outstanding dishes.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
