As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Working closely with the senior management team, you will lead and inspire the Front of House team, support operational excellence and contribute to the continued success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional standards of service, efficiency and presentation.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment.
- Ensure every guest receives a warm, personalised and memorable experience.
- Maintain consistently high service standards in line with Isabel Mayfair's expectations.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members.
- Manage team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and support.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and senior management teams to ensure smooth and effective communication across departments.
- Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and revenue.
- Proactively manage guest feedback and resolve any concerns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, food safety and all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control, operational planning and the effective management of restaurant resources.
- Lead by example, maintaining a strong presence on the floor throughout service.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar management role within a high-end or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and high standards of food and beverage service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- A professional, confident and hands‑on approach to management.
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
