The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience in premium restaurants, cocktail bars, or luxury venues who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for creating outstanding drinks, building rapport with guests, and ensuring every service reflects the high standards that Isabel is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and menu offerings.
  • Prepare classic cocktails, signature serves, and bespoke guest requests with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure all drinks are presented to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation throughout service.
  • Set up, operate, and close the bar efficiently, ensuring all mise-en-place is fully prepared.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar at all times.
  • Process payments accurately and operate POS systems confidently.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
  • Promote responsible alcohol service and maintain compliance with company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with barbacks, floor teams, and management to deliver seamless service.

About You

  • Previous bartending experience within a luxury restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm, confident, and professional approach to guest interaction.
  • Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure during busy services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work.
