About the Role:
As a Barback, you will be the backbone of the bar operation—supporting the bartenders, maintaining a smooth workflow, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and service‑ready. This position is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a lively, service‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support bartenders during service by restocking, preparing garnishes, setting up stations, and organising the bar area
- Assist with deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout the bar
- Refill ice, glassware, spirits, and mixers
- Assist with basic prep tasks (juices, syrups, garnishes, etc.)
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Deliver excellent customer service when required
