We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Pastry Chef to join the team at Isabel Mayfair. Isabel Mayfair is one of London's most prestigious dining destinations, known for its vibrant fusion of Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, glamorous atmosphere, and exceptional late-night experience in our exclusive Dragon Room. Since opening in 2017, Isabel has become synonymous with refined hospitality in Mayfair. We are seeking a passionate Pastry Chef with creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine love for pastry and desserts. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts to Isabel standards
  • Maintain consistency, creativity, and attention to detail across all pastry offerings
  • Work closely with the Group Pastry Chef and wider kitchen team
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards are maintained
  • Support stock control, ordering, and daily pastry preparation
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and new dessert creations
  • Maintain high standards while working efficiently under pressure

About You

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef within a premium hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and presentation
  • Creative, passionate, and highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
