If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a Warm Friendly manner. Have an exceptional telephone manner as well as being a confident communicator. Have great attention to detail. Be highly motivated, proactive and a team player. Be able to organise the floor plan prior service using Sevenrooms or similar reservation system. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Experience in Sevenrooms or similar reservation systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. Flexibility with late closing.
