Position Summary:

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing private events, group dining, and in-house promotions. Youll work closely with guests, restaurant managers, kitchen staff, and vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences that drive revenue and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to event inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate all aspects of events from booking to execution (menus, floor plans, staffing, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and public events
• Create event proposals and contracts
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events
• Ensure flawless day-of-event execution
• Track performance metrics and guest feedback

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as an Event Assistant preferred (in a restaurant or hospitality setting), but not essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and event planning software a plus
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
