Youll work closely with guests, restaurant managers, kitchen staff, and vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences that drive revenue and elevate our brand. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to event inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Coordinate all aspects of events from booking to execution (menus, floor plans, staffing, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors Collaborate with marketing on promotions and public events Create event proposals and contracts Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events Ensure flawless day-of-event execution Track performance metrics and guest feedback Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as an Event Assistant preferred (in a restaurant or hospitality setting), but not essential.
