Isabel Marant is looking for a new Sales and Stylist Advisor in part time (16 hours per week) for its store in London Chelsea. As a Sales and Stylist Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand and your role will consist of the following:
- Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalised fashion styling advice.
- Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items.
- Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients.
- Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times.
You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sale. You have a proven successful 2 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail. You have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs. You have an excellent personal presentation. You are proactive and positive, a good team player with a high level of motivation. You are passionate about customer service and the sales floor, committed to achieving targets. You are focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships. You have excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
Fixed-term contract available ASAP until the end of December 2026.
