Isabel Marant is looking for a new full time (40 hours) Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in London – Mayfair.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our brand’s image by providing a unique in store experience and personalized fashion styling advises
- Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
- Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients
- Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times
Qualifications
- 2 years’ proven experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail
- Perfect understanding of retail business KPIs
- Excellent personal presentation
- Proactive and positive, good team player with high level of motivation
- Passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets
- Focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long‑lasting relationships
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients
Position Details
Position to be filled on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
