Isabel Marant is looking for a new full time (40 hours) Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in London â Mayfair.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of our brand\âs image by providing a unique in store experience and personalized fashion styling advises
Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients
Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times
Qualifications
2 years\â proven experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail
Perfect understanding of retail business KPIs
Excellent personal presentation
Proactive and positive, good team player with high level of motivation
Passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets
Focused on the client\âs needs and experience, willing to build longâlasting relationships
Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients
Position DetailsPosition to be filled on a 6âmonth fixedâterm contract.
