Isabel Marant is looking for a new Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in London Chelsea.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique inâstore experience and personalized fashion styling advice.
- Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items.
- Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal followâup with the clients.
- Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times.
- Proven successful 2 years' experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail.
- Perfect understanding of retail business KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Proactive and positive, a good team player with high level of motivation.
- Passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets.
- Focused on the client's needs and experience, willing to build longâlasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
